This is a another eating place that would not want to miss in Subang Jaya area. It’s a handmade Chinese noodle restaurant, Uncle Seng that is well known among the students and white collar workers in SS 15.

Restoran Uncle Seng opened around year 2010. The reason they called Uncle Seng because the owner name was Uncle Seng.
A brief history of Uncle Seng ; initially he wanted to create a wanton mee that is special enough where the customers would not be bored of it. The daily fresh made noodle is created without preservatives and lye. Uncle Seng also mentioned that the soup of the noodle which takes at least 3 hours to prepare, is done early in the morning together with the kneading process of the homemade noodle.
The texture of homemade noodle was pretty average. The unique thing here is their chilli sauce and that you have to mix it all in. Well, that sure made a whole lot of different. The chilli sauce give the otherwise a kick and added dimension, it was quite enjoyable. ( Mixing the chilli sauce up is the way to go here )
Ordering system here is pencil & paper sort of a affair, and we ticked our options without too much trouble. The choices consists of combination of char siew, wanton shredded chicken, chicken feet + mushroom, deep fried pork and curry chicken with their homemade noodle. They’re price at RM 8.00 to RM 11.00 depending on your choice of combo.
